We encourage all new runners at the club to run with us for three weeks before becoming a member.


On Tuesday nights we either run in groups, do an out and back or sometimes a hoedown. On Thursday's we focus on speed work either up at the track at Falmouth School, or on well-lit quiet roads during the winter months. We also have a social run on a Saturday morning - with breakfast afterwards.


Our club runs are suitable for all speeds, we just ask that you can comfortably run three miles.
