The table below details our regular club nights for which Club GP points are available for attendance. Keep an eye on your e-mail and our Facebook page for other organised runs.

Summer track sessions - more info / how to get the best out of them - PLEASE READ!

Tuesday Club Night Run in groups of similar ability, Out & Back, Hoedown, Loop run, Time Trial, etc Usually about an hour in length 6:45 Falmouth Sports Club Briefing 6:45 to 7:00 Run 7:00 to 08:00 (ish!)
Thursday Coached Session Generally lasts an hour Summer: track sessions, generally reps & intervals (see link above for more info) Winter: Speed sessions / hillwork / technique / plyometrics / circuit training / core strength. 6:30pm. Summer (April to September) - meet at the grass track (click link on right for directions) Winter (October to March) - meet at the club

As well as the official club nights, we have regular weekend social runs happening (see table below). NB These usually but don't always go ahead - please listen at Tuesday briefings and/or keep an eye on e-mail and the Facebook page for updates.:

Saturday Social Run Runs both ways up the Bissoe tramway - different speeds & distances depending on who turns up 9:00am Bissoe Cafe (handy for coffee and cake afterwards!).
Sunday Social Run Usually split into two groups, but it depends on who turns up 9:00am Falmouth Sports Club
