From McDonalds roundabout: continue straight over and all the way up Dracaena Avenue, through a set of traffic lights just after the petrol station and then passing ATS on your right. At the mini roundabout at the top, go straight over onto Western Terrace. The sports club is on the right after the church and just before the Merchants Manor (formerly Green Lawns Hotel). There is a car park but its very small, so if you are coming by car you may find it easier to park on a side road.

Directions to the grass running track on Trescobeas Road, Falmouth
From McDonalds roundabout: continue straight over and all the way up Dracaena Avenue, turn right at the traffic lights after the Esso garage. Follow the road past Falmouth Hospital on your right, then the fire station on your left. The track is on the right just after the school behind the high hedge. If on foot it can be accessed by the cut-though on the right after the house, then up the high bank. If coming by car, park in school car park and there are steps right at the rear and round the corner of the car park.

Directions to the grass track from the club: turn left on Western Terrace, then at the Rugby Club roundabout turn left down Tregenver Road, past the chippy (if you can resist) and all the way to the end. Turn left (opp Rosslyn Hotel), then follow the road past Falmouth Hospital on your right, then the fire station on your left. The track is on the right just after the school behind the high hedge. If on foot it can be accessed by the cut-though on the right after the house, then up the high bank. If coming by car, park in school car park and there are steps right at the rear and round the corner of the car park.
