Our aim is to cater for runners of all abilities, both male and female, from finely honed 'racing snakes' to first-time recreational runners.
Club night is Tuesdays - we meet at the
Falmouth Sports Club, Western Terrace, Falmouth at 6.45pm. Club night runs are varied and interesting, followed by a chat and a drink in the bar. In addition, we have a coached 'interval' session on a Thursday, and an additional run on Sunday for those who just can't get enough. Check out the training fixtures.
Social Events
In addition, the club is proud of its social aspect which plays a large part in our ethos. Once a month, after the club run, we hold a Social Supper at the club. This takes the form of a main meal for £4, or main meal and dessert for £6, and it's usually a great way to chat to people you don't normally run with.
On non-Supper nights, food is available at the Sports Club.
We hold a BBQ in the summer, and an Annual Dinner. Partners and family are encouraged to join in.
Once in a while we hold a a social run on a Sunday (instead of the usual Sunday training session) which usually ends with a coffee or brunch in a local eatery.

The committee members actively work towards the smooth running of the club and welfare of its members. They endeavour to uphold and implement the England Athletics requirements and encourage participation in the Cornish Grand Prix and other events. They are:
